The #1 Kitchen Spice for Lowering Blood Pressure & Bloating! Dr. Mandell

Celery seeds have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years, particularly in Eastern medicine. They contain several substances that promote health benefits, including lower blood pressure and reduced bloating. Here's how celery seeds might contribute to these effects:

1. **Lowering Blood Pressure:**
– **Phthalides**: Celery seeds contain active compounds called phthalides, which may relax the tissues of the artery walls to increase blood flow and reduce blood pressure. Phthalides are thought to achieve this by reducing the levels of stress hormones in the blood, which can cause blood vessels to constrict.
– **Potassium**: Celery seeds are a source of potassium, an important mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure. Potassium helps to balance out the negative effects of salt (sodium) and alleviates tension in the blood vessel walls.

2. **Reducing Bloating:**
– **Diuretic Effect**: Celery seeds act as a natural diuretic. Diuretics help the body eliminate water by increasing urine production. This can help reduce water retention and bloating.
– **Digestive Aid**: The seeds can help relieve bloating by assisting with digestion due to their carminative properties, which mean they can help to expel gas from the stomach, reducing discomfort and bloating.

You need to start eating more fruits and less cooked foods. By eating celery seeds it won’t normalize your blood pressure. Also switch to Celtic sea salt and Himalayan salt. Throw away that table salt asap

@@HotWheelz809Yes, I started eating more fruit and rebounding on a trampoline to lose that water weight and it works! ❤😂
