    I take cinnamon daily with other natural supplements. It does work for weightloss along with exercise and healthier meal choices. I’m a living witness! I’ve been taking ot for about 3 years now.

    I have a childhood memory of my early experiences with cinnamon sticks (and cinnamon), its blissful aroma, as well as its delicious taste. We talked about its wonderful aroma, but we didn’t know that cinnamon is a healthy treat.
