Add tumeric to that…it helped me to lose weight along with lemon juice every morning on an empty stomach.

I have a childhood memory of my early experiences with cinnamon sticks (and cinnamon), its blissful aroma, as well as its delicious taste. We talked about its wonderful aroma, but we didn’t know that cinnamon is a healthy treat.
