    I make smoothies and put banana, Tumeric, avacodo, celery, 1 tbs of 100% pumpkin, collagen, a half cup of kefir, water & ice. I’m having stomach problems, and this seems to help.

    I tried something Dr. Mandell recommended awhile back last night. Warm milk with tumeric, cinnamon and honey. Was out in less than 20 minutes. Slept 5 hours straight. Wish I could have slept longer but it could’ve been worse. Also had a cup of chamomile tea after the milk.
    Also took magnesium, zinc and melatonin supplements
