    I do take Vit D supplement and in fact, I take Vit C and Zinc all 3 immediately after Dinner. I got in the habit of taking them this way and I haven’t been sick this winter. Thank you DrMandell! As always, great information!❤

    I take a spoonful of coconut oil with a meal before I ingest my Vit D and K2. Don’t forget to follow up with magnesium too.

    Thank you Dr. Mandell for this valuable information. I take my Vitamin D3 after I eat my dinner with Magnesium Citrate. I am trying to build up my bone mineral with food and vitamins rather than Big Pharmer’s poison. You are the best Doc. ❤😊
