This powerful move focuses on the triceps, which comprise the majority of your upper arm muscles, and can be performed virtually anywhere, using a bench, couch, chair, or even the edge of a sturdy coffee table. To execute a tricep dip, position your hands shoulder-width apart on a stable surface, extend your legs out in front of you, and lower your body by bending your elbows until they form a 90-degree angle.
