Thanks for the beautiful vedio to remind that to self love is enough to survive. Hugging self and moving side by side to trigger oxytocin and dopamine in brain to remove stress and live happily.

I got burnout from overwork last week and instinctively hugged myself while crying on my bed. It really did heal me in one night.

Thank you instead of relying on someone else giving you a hug I hug myself every morning and tell myself I am loved I am safe and I am okay and I repeat that three times and I have a sense of calm come over me since I deal with anxiety and pain in my body blessings to all there’s no greater love than a love of Christ who laid down his life for us❤

And” your body will love you!”❤

  • @PM-yc1rf says:

I did it by instinc during very distressful times in my life and it helped greatly. But little I knew that it was actually a great healing practice. So now I will regularly do it. This world is become so cold and distant that we need these selflove moments to compensate.

  • @stevenkeller476 says:

You never disappoint Doctor Mandel. My first stop every morning, thank you for all your hard work and incredible insight. Just a beautiful message to give the world. Peace be with you Doc.🙏

I swear one of the hardest tests we will all have to go through in our life is losing our spouse or someone else, to death, we ache and feel actual pain in our hearts that can be unbearable and also there may be pain throughout the body too. Something so simple helped me greatly, I took a pillow and placed my loves t shirt over it and hugged it closely and then a peace and comfort came and I could sleep as if being held. Thank you doc and I pray your advice will help many when in that dark place, healing will come.❤️
