In this video, we’re going to talk about some fascinating data from the research of Dr. William Kaufman, M.D. He found that niacinamide in high doses is an effective remedy for ADD (attention deficit disorder) or ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
Vitamin B3 is the precursor for NAD, which helps your cells extract energy from food. When you eat, the NAD molecule helps take the electrons from your food and turn them into ATP for energy.
Vitamin B3 helps your nerve cells get more energy. It may help decrease hyperactivity and increase focus at the same time!
Nutrient deficiencies can cause the brain and nervous system to become hyperexcited. Niacinamide is a water-soluble version of vitamin B3 that can help energize your neurons and effectively mitigate ADD or ADHD symptoms.
Because niacinamide is water-soluble, it doesn’t stay in the body long. This means you should take about 250 mg six to eight times per day. This can also be effective for ADD or ADHD in children.
It’s also important to clean up your diet to help with the symptoms of ADD or ADHD. Niacinamide supplements cannot replace a healthy diet. Always check with your doctor before stopping your medications.

Thanks for watching! I hope this explains how niacinamide may be an effective remedy to help with symptoms of ADD or ADHD. I’ll see you in the next video.
Thanks for the info doc. It will help my nephew.
I’TS NOT METH.
It’s scary to see sophisticated people become amphetamine zombies!
Have a wonderful day, everyone! Thanks, Dr. Berg! 🙂
It metabolizes into methamphetamine in the liver. Meth is only illegal outside the bloodstream, if you have a prescription. Makes complete sense. It’s sCiEnCe!
Taking a daily dose of Dr Berg with 1 tablespoon of ACV on an empty stomach has helped my concentration levels big time 😮
😂👍
💥What’s ACV, please)) Thank you so much.

Thank you and good morning!
Dr Berg please do video on urinary hesitancy.
Could nutritional yeast do the same job ? Or does it have to be pure B3?
Nutritional yeast is B-1, not B-3.
I am so grateful for all your videos.
Thank you ❤
This is wonderful to know, Dr Berg. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Good information sir 🎉
Hi, Doc. Can you please recommend some brands that you trust? I will try the supplement. Please suggest a name that you know is genuine.
It is so typical that the FDA would much rather medicate us than make us healthy. I feel they’ve lost a lot of believers and we’re headed in the right direction!
Thanks for being a huge part in our education.🥰✌
Yeah… good ol’ FDA. This is why I trust retired doctors.
Yeah, because old people cured cancer…
Awesome info video thanks for sharing
NMN is a direct precursor to NAD, far more effective than other forms of B3.
Dr Berg, thank you for presenting a solution for a difficult condition. We can choose to handle the childs’ condition any way we see fit but it’s wonderful to hear about a way that doesn’t use drugs or cause side effects.
I went on carnivore 2 months ago it literally changed my life.. I suffered from depression anxiety adhd anger the list goes on.. I finally feel like a productive human again its acutely pretty crazy.. I suffered for 20 years 😢
Recommendation of how to do carnivore? I have a lot of similar problems as well and don’t know where to start.
I tried it for 30 days. First week I felt horrible, as expected. Similar to keto flu. Afterwards I felt really good and many of my small niggles decreased. But genuinely I just didn’t enjoy it. I got bored, felt thirsty all the time and really craved fruit. Like so much. So I didn’t continue.
@cryptosunflower840 When you “try” something, you generally fail. A trial should last at least 3 months minimum. Embrace the uncomfortable, and it does get easier over time. Endure. You can do this.
@@cryptosunflower840Same for me. I felt miserable.

You’re so welcome!
Malnutrition is a huge problem for people who don’t understand food science. A huge community affected by this are immigrants who come to a new country where their traditional foods either don’t exist or are not the same quality. My parents had no clue and I’m pretty sure I suffered the complete gamut of health issues related to food, BEFORE I found this channel.
WOW! I’m 67 and was finally diagnosed with adhd about 4 yrs ago. I was prescribed aderall but recently found it was elevating my BP to dangerous levels. I knew that could be the result but not until it was taken at the dr’s office did I realized how much it elevated my BP. So, now I’ll try this. Decades of living with adhd and it could have been as simple as taking B3; 250mg 6-8 X daily. My granddaughter takes it as well and as a collegiate swimmer she can’t take it during swim season, they burn in excess of 1,000 calories in one practice and during season they have 2-3 practices a day. It does diminish your appetite greatly. Next time 8 go to the grocery store guess what I’m buying?! Thank you for sharing this. Sending to my daughter.
Me too!!
Take Lion’s mane mushroom powder it will calms the nerves for ADHD and for focus and depression and Alzheimer’s and good for anger and do a heavy metal detox from your body
Thank you Dr.Berg & team for this information!
You’re very welcome!
