In this video, we’re going to talk about some fascinating data from the research of Dr. William Kaufman, M.D. He found that niacinamide in high doses is an effective remedy for ADD (attention deficit disorder) or ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).

Vitamin B3 is the precursor for NAD, which helps your cells extract energy from food. When you eat, the NAD molecule helps take the electrons from your food and turn them into ATP for energy.

Vitamin B3 helps your nerve cells get more energy. It may help decrease hyperactivity and increase focus at the same time!

Nutrient deficiencies can cause the brain and nervous system to become hyperexcited. Niacinamide is a water-soluble version of vitamin B3 that can help energize your neurons and effectively mitigate ADD or ADHD symptoms.

Because niacinamide is water-soluble, it doesn’t stay in the body long. This means you should take about 250 mg six to eight times per day. This can also be effective for ADD or ADHD in children.

It’s also important to clean up your diet to help with the symptoms of ADD or ADHD. Niacinamide supplements cannot replace a healthy diet. Always check with your doctor before stopping your medications.

It metabolizes into methamphetamine in the liver. Meth is only illegal outside the bloodstream, if you have a prescription. Makes complete sense. It’s sCiEnCe!

Malnutrition is a huge problem for people who don’t understand food science. A huge community affected by this are immigrants who come to a new country where their traditional foods either don’t exist or are not the same quality. My parents had no clue and I’m pretty sure I suffered the complete gamut of health issues related to food, BEFORE I found this channel.

WOW! I’m 67 and was finally diagnosed with adhd about 4 yrs ago. I was prescribed aderall but recently found it was elevating my BP to dangerous levels. I knew that could be the result but not until it was taken at the dr’s office did I realized how much it elevated my BP. So, now I’ll try this. Decades of living with adhd and it could have been as simple as taking B3; 250mg 6-8 X daily. My granddaughter takes it as well and as a collegiate swimmer she can’t take it during swim season, they burn in excess of 1,000 calories in one practice and during season they have 2-3 practices a day. It does diminish your appetite greatly. Next time 8 go to the grocery store guess what I’m buying?! Thank you for sharing this. Sending to my daughter.
