Hi from Nebraska, thanks for all your hard work.

  • @sarmadaldulaimi7963 says:

This pesto unfortunately made with canola oil.

What a coincidence, I’m watching this while shaving my Brussels sprouts from Costco in my food processor. I’ll have to give the avocado and Brussels sprouts a try today. QUESTION, pesto at my Costco in Santa Barbara uses sunflower oil, do the pros of basil and cheese outweigh the cons of this type of oil? Thanks Dr. G!

Ingredient variations may occur. Sometimes, instead of using olive oil, they may substitute with sunflower oil. In such cases, it’s best to avoid purchasing it!

  • @LynnsYouTube says:

Dr Gundry, could you do a series of videos with simple recipes with few ingredients or meals that are easy to put together and what you are eating in a day? More simple ideas like putting Brussels sprouts in guacamole would be wonderful! As I’m getting better I don’t have the energy yet to make complicated recipes.

Last time I got the pesto at Costco it was made with olive oil. It’s delicious and worth looking to see what that batch is made with.

Some of the guacamole in the cold section are very good. Just avocados, pepper, lime juice & salt.

  • @ginalee7704 says:

I wouldn’t buy maybe up to 90% food from Costco
