    Dr. Mandel thank you for my healthy i eat so right now i loss weight manage my food i eat i do my exercise i just got surgery i had a mass over my kidneys adrneal gland so it lower my bp so they took me off thank you for everything eating all of my vegtabkes salmon blood sugars are great prediabetic is gone i eat a lot of carrots thank you thank you god bless you im walking now and just had surgery u luv too walk tredmill luv you and i share your name too everybodu ❀❀❀❀❀❀😒😒😒😒

    I’ve walked about 15 minutes after eating and we walk for about 20+ minutes and feel pretty good afterwards. Been there done that with food comas πŸ˜‰
