Vinegar and lemon juice once a day for about a month helped me lower my cholesterol from 240 to 124. Great advice. Thank you.

  • David Cannon says:

You are educating people in a fast friendly way. Giving many poor people the information and facts they need to make better choices to prolong their lives and be with their families. The world needs more people like you. God bless you and your family.

  • Jo In says:

I have liver cancer. I’ve had an ablation (where they go into the liver to remove the cancer). They didn’t get it all so now I’m on transplant list. I won’t write a book on it but they score you from 1-40; 40 being the worst. I was at 38 before taking ACV and Balance of Nature. You need to be at 32 to actually get a new liver. Fast forward 5 years; My score is now an 8. Meaning I’ll never get a new liver because mine is working just fine. Currently, the cancer is undetectable.

I really appreciate doctors who take the time out of their busy days to make these videos to educate people. That is service to humanity. Thank you x

  • TheCatcherInTheRye leon says:

Super nicely presented, and I stand by everything you said. I felt it on myself how good organic apple cider vinegar with water and even coconut oil helped me. I ve been taking vit C every day for the last 5 years and my health has been awesome. Of course the quantities can be adjusted for every person based on height, body volume, muscle mass etc. God bless you and Shalom !

    • Jesus is my GOD says:

Yeah, I have always been fascinated by how fruits and veg can help and heal you. So many wonderful things that the Doctors at doctor’s offices do not tell you, just hand you a prescription for. Cheers,
      Teresa

    • Ernesto Mina says:

Thanks for sharing. Which name brand vitamin C did you take and how did u take the coconut oil, on its own?

    • TheCatcherInTheRye leon says:

@Ernesto Mina I buy the Vit C from Costco (orange bottle). And the coconut oil I take mixed with some hot chocolate. I use a small tea spoon of coconut oil dissolved in a cup of hot chocolate, and it tastes as if I added milk. The apple cider vinegar I mix it with some cold water (small quantity of vinegar ~ about the width of a finger, or less) and I drink it fast (without tasting it) as if it would be a strong alcoholic drink . The acidity of the vinegar is balanced out by drinking the mixture of coconut oil with hot chocolate. It cures stomach problems and cleans out the arteries.

    • Iyke Chinke says:

@TheCatcherInTheRye leon do you mean soluble vit c or liquid

  • Vani Little Star says:

  • Joanne Lucille says:

Thank you, Dr. Berg! I’ve been drinking lemon water first thing in the morning and throughout the day for almost half a year and my digestion improved a lot. I used to have indigestion, nausea and bloating often, due to a sluggish gallbladder. I avoid deep fried foods, even fried eggs, soda, garlic and onions, which are like poison to my body and I feel great 😃👍

I took his advice. I started drinking some apple cider vinegar with lemon, through a straw to protect my teeth, in warm water every day. I had had mild high blood pressure for maybe 20 years. Not long after I started drinking this, it went to normal.

    • Nehama Mama says:

      Fantastic!

    • YT2000 says:

    • Jumbo 71 says:

eating a raw bit of garlic each morning on empty stomach also lowers blood pressure I was obese for most of my life but when I was always tested for blood pressure nurses would think the readings were always wrong and re tested .. i always used to laugh and say its good ain’t it, they always said yea actually its too good .. then I told them I’ve ate it for years each morning …as I learnt this about 30 years back and just never stopped ..:)

    • Mountain Lovers Off-Grid says:

Hibiscus tea also helps with hbp

  • Dennis Stark says:

I would vote for Dr. Eric Berg as World International Physician of Nutrition and Health. I have went one week without eating carbs and have already lost 10 pounds or about 4.5 kilograms. I drink two teaspoons of ACV and will add the lemon water now. I also fast 12 hours a day and the results astounded me just by giving up sugar and carbs. Big Corporations and Big Pharma want you to eat all their processed foods and take their diabetic pills and drugs. I will stick with the Good Doctor Berg thank you very much.

    • DeKing1973 says:

I am about to follow your steps. About a week ago, I started drinking lemon water every morning, not knowing the benefits on my liver. I wanted to know more about ACV just so I don’t follow the hype. With what, Dr. BERG . can see why this combination will help me improve my liver health and lose weight. I am doing a 2 meals intermittent fasting. I can wait to see improvement of me in the next 3 to 6 months

    • Paul T says:

In one of your videos you said not to drink lemon water if you have any tingling in any of your extremities. My hands go numb and tingle and I just found out I have farry liver with the beginning of carosis. What can I do to help my liver

  • MatthewG33 says:

I’ve been doing smoothies regularly with:

    Big Handful of organic arugula
    Organic cucumber slices
    Organic broccoli
    Organic alfalfa and clover sprouts
    One organic banana
    Organic pecans
    Organic hemp seeds
    Organic raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
    Organic walnuts
juice pulp and seeds from a lemon
1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    Vitamin D from saccromyces cerivecium
    Organic carrot juice
    And pomegranate juice.

I’ve noticed that wounds heal so fast like if I get a cut or a scrape or a bug bite they heal so fast when I’m taking the smoothies

  • Joanna Jones says:

I was first told by a doctor 4 years ago that I had a fatty liver. No advice, just that. Thank goodness for Dr Berg. What a wonderful man he is. I shall now start on this drink and ask the doctors for another liver test as nothing has been forthcoming!!

    • Judy Cinco says:

      Change your doctor☺️

    • Jean Backus says:

Same here! I’m a nurse so I had to keep reassuring them I’m not an alcoholic. 😂 But I realized it was due to my mental state at the time. I had gained 40 lbs post-partum (2nd baby), was breastfeeding, working in the ER during the pandemic, AND caught COVID while at work and had to be hospitalized. No wonder I was stressed. Anyway, been trying to find small things I can do to reduce my visceral and liver fat. Will definitely have to try this but not sure if it’s safe for me as I’m pregnant with baby #3. Also, left bedside for my mental and physical health.

  • Doug Friendly says:

I’ve been consuming the juice of a fresh lemon and the splash of apple cider vinegar daily by mixing it with one third glass of organic tart cherry juice and one third glass of organic beet juice. I use a smaller than standard size glass so that I’m not getting too much sugar from the juices, and it sure helps to have those otherwise healthy juices to mask the sourness of the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

    • Christine Bean says:

I find that true if you mix sour with sour it’s less sour and bitter with bitter less bitter .
I love going to farmers market and get one of as many citrus as there are and run through my nutra bullet and mix them all together ❤ 😋

  • Lisa Cherry Beaumont says:

The fact that these two together can aid digestion is good to know as I’m intermittent fasting and so eating later in the day and sometimes I’m trying to sleep on a full stomach, which isn’t great! I’ll give this a try, as I was drinking it in the mornings before coffee.
