I have not eaten anything with sugar in it for over 5 years. I use Stevia & Monkfruit. I also do not eat anything white. (No pasta, potatoes, rice, sugar & etc.) I have lost 100 lbs & feel great!

Such a great video! All the important aspects are clearly elaborated on. Fasting for 2-3 days will also accomplish all this but on a much greater level! For example: testosterone in men will jump to 300% production on the 3rd day!

I’ve quit sugar for 3 months except for fruits. I feel great, a lot more energy, a clear mind, plus lost excess weight. I also quit carbs and alcohol. I see no reason to ever go back to my old eating habits, I’m basically a new person, a younger version of myself.
I’m 66, moderately active, about 30 lbs overweight. After watching Doc’s video I gave up all sugar, sugar derivatives (maltodextrin) and artificial sweeteners EXCEPT for 2 tsp in the morning with coffee. That was three weeks ago. I don’t do the scale I do the dress size. I’m down an entire dress size and ladies know what I mean when I say “entire”. The size 10 is now comfortably loose. I have a neurological degeneration and the improvement in energy and activity is greatly increased. I feel like a recovered addict 🙏☦️
