    • Wes Anderson says:

What is the actual measurement of polyphenols in this olive oil? 30x does not tell me exactly what level is in this olive oil. Most high end olive oils do provide a count of polyphenols. thanks

  • Grampians Olive Co. (Toscana) says:

Great information once again, thank you! Here in Australia we notice the same thing – our olive trees which experience stress produce stronger and better quality olive oil (in our case that is because they are dryland grown, in sandy soil, in a Mediterranean climate).

  • hoxha bunker says:

He’s right… Desert condition plants have a lot more beneficial constituents than ones grown in mild weather. Mainly to defend themselves against the harsh conditions.

  • Daruis Nadar says:

I agree , not well waterd olive trees give the best tasty delicious olive oil , i m from morocco and i just bought about 20 acres and i planted about 3000 olive trees , i will wait until they mature and give then less water so we get the best out of them , doctor gundry knows what he is talking about … thanks for the info doctor

  • Sheebie says:

Dr. Gundry is really smart. Today I ordered today six bottles of Moroccan Gold extra virgin olive oil from a one farm estate. I’m pretty excited. It’s from the same region as the company that he talks about. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and arthritis. I will heed his advice

  • Rob Lovegreen says:

I was just gifted a bottle of your olive oil. That deep peppery flavor that you love so much about olive oil is so prominent in this oil. A little of this oil on a salad with some quality balsamic vinegar, fresh ground black pepper , touch of sea salt and quality feta cheese and I’m in polyphenol salad heaven. 🌈

  • Proven Cures says:

Taking 2 tablespoons a day for 5 days. My face is noticeably slimmer and getting lighter! I was shocked before I realized that the hyperpigmentation I had from PCOS was being lifted. That means that it is reversing my metabolic disorder. I don’t know how long bf I see a change on the scale but if this oil is really tackling my PCOS, I’m expecting my centripetal obesity to decrease and drastically. This is so exciting. God bless you for this information and this special oil. Thank you 🙏🏾

Hi Dr Gundry so far so impressive for the right reasons. Live in New Zealand, I’ve taken note of your range of products conducive to hubby and my health needs for example the Pro Plant Shake, Restore to Health supplements, and the Olive Oil. All 3 would be advantageous to help combat and fight the health problems, like poor blood circulation in the feet, pre-diabetes, arthritis, stiff joints, inflammation, fat tummies for sure…..at the same time taking note of NO LECTIN foods, we do eat veges and salads alot little meat, fish, but is outweighed by the cravings for CARBS, pasta, bread, baking! sugary and sweet tooth foods …Still Dr Gundry great that we are on a new plan of hope and would appreciate your thoughts. Btw the Dr here is doing his job, and we prefer healthier alternatives.options to steer us away from medications of a lifetime!

  • John says:

I wish that it had more servings in the bottle then it does. I know on your FAQ section you say you do not need as much but if you take one tablespoon full a day which most suggest you take then your bottle only last 17 days. It would be nice to have at least 30 days per bottle.

    • Gundry MD says:

If you use 1/2 a tablespoon a day, it can last around 31 days. 1 tablespoon a day can last around 17 days. Thank you!

  • Charazar Z says:

I’ve used this Olive Oil for over three weeks. I think it taste good. I use it everyday on green leaf salad, avocado, red bell peppers, cucumbers, blueberries. I top it all with a tablespoon of Olive Oil and then baked chicken. The Olive Oil adds a welcomed taste. Love it.

I want more Olive Oil, please.

  • Jennifer Kendrick says:

Glad I watched this. 1/2 tbsp daily will last a month. I mix it in my company’s Nutraburst energizing multivitamin and I barely taste the olive oil. I’m excited to see how I feel being consistent with it!

    • Faith returns🎯 says:

That last sentence basically said it all! If we’re not consistent with it then it can’t continually help.

  • P T says:

I’m from Greece so I get my yearly olive oil straight from the presser. I tend to eat a lot of it, mostly raw on my salads and sprinkle it on pretty much any food I eat.

  • juhugricko says:

My parents in Croatia (Dalmatia) make the best olive oil! My son and I eat tons of it with everything. It’s so tasty, rich, pepery and green. I know exactly what’s dr Gundry talking about.

  • Alma Hila says:

You should also try the Albanian Olive Oil. Thanks for sharing such helpful information.

  • SHUSHU says:

Thx dr Gundry . .In Bani Walid , Libya ..We,ve a 60 km long valley of wild olives . We call them gargashi ( means the harsh living ).. These olives just wait for the rain season .. they are stressed olive trees indeed .. The oil that they produce is very concentrated and powerfull taste . It’s super healthy . My grand father lived 114 yo without any sickness or illnesses .. Untill the last day he was strong and healthy ..His daughter reached 105 yo.. their essential diet was based on OLIVE OIL + Camel milk or goats milk or goats kefir + dates + unrefined and sometimes roasted barley flour + .. Their fat was basically olive oil or animal fat or goats ghee + the sweetest thing they were consuming is unsweetend home made dates syrup ..+ green or black tea every day rarely coffee .. + used to walk at least 50 km a week . + meat is only sheep or goat . Young goat preferred or camel meat .fruits and vegs regional and seasonal . Fasting 30 days a year . Water is basiccaly rain water collected and kept in cistern .

  • kiwigal says:

The problem with the olive oil situation is the dangerous use of cooking with it. It’s carcinogenic at high temperatures. The rule is “always cold, never hot.” explained to me by an elderly Yugoslavian lady who was told by her mother in law.

  • Monica Gray says:

I received my bottles today and was happy to gift one to my significant other. I added the olive 🫒 oil to my guacamole made with Himalayan salt, a squeeze of lemon, and a little miss dash lemon pepper 😋 the olive oil made it creamy and bold #delicious

  • jan querbes says:

Having enjoyed the delicious olive oil in Italy I was certain I would never taste
anything like it again and I was right. UNTIL I ordered Dr. Gundy’s olive oil which
is just wonderful, I feel good doing the healthy thing for my 78 year old body👍🏻

  • Susan McIlwaine says:

My husband loves Dr. Gundy. He has eliminated his recommended list of peppers and tomatoes, pressure cooking, etc.
I cannot wait to purchase this oil ❤ Thank you.

  • My YouTube says:

I love Dr G’s olive oil!! I’m glad you put this commercial on the regular GundryMD channel. I wish you would put all the advertisement videos for his products on the channel because sometimes I want to share the ad videos with other people or go back and watch them again after clicking off of the advertisement, and I can’t find them.
